My handy dandy jump rope is breathing new life into my otherwise boring cardio workout. I really am enjoying it mainly because it's something different and fresh. Basically I am using some of the boxing warm up training I used to do and my ipod music to keep the tempo up. No I'm not talking about your average Joe jumping at a slow pace, but rather the fast pace you see boxers do.
